I'm Sarah. I find it genuinely interesting to understand why people struggle with things that should be simple — and then do something about it. I work across research and design, with a focus on the research side: understanding problems, talking to users, and translating what I find into interfaces that actually work. The prototyping part I enjoy too — there's something satisfying about making an idea tangible enough to test. My background spans automotive HMI, compliance software, and e-learning — what connects them is complex domains where good UX is rarely obvious.
